One of the coolest dog adoption events is happening this weekend: the 5th annual Dogs on Damen.
It's happening in the parking lot of Lincoln Park Savings Bank -- at 4035 N. Damen. You can come by on Saturday, June 2, from 10am - 3pm and on Sunday, June 3, from 11am - 4pm
Most Chicago-area shelters will be on hand with loads of loving dogs for adoption. DAWG will have a table to distribute Court Advocacy material and to collect clean towels and sheets to distribute to the animal shelters. Every year more than 100 dogs have been adopted at this great event.
