Puptown is a Chicago Dog Friendly Area (DFA) where dogs can run and play off-leash. Located in Margate Park, in the Uptown neighborhood, Puptown features 16,230 square feet of fully enclosed fun. Read the FAQ for more information. - Puptown Dog Owners Group (P-DOG)
Puptown is supported and maintained by the Puptown Dog Owners Group, a 501(c)(3) membership association comprised of park patrons, neighbors and friends. Learn more or join here. - Meetings
P-DOG meetings are held quarterly at the Margate Field House. 2010 dates: Jan. 13, April 14, July 14 and Oct. 13. - Volunteer
P-DOG is always looking for help with event planning, fundraising and communication. Come to a meeting or contact John Lenti. - Events
The largest annual event and fundraiser is Howl-O-Ween, a canine costume contest. Other events, such as an in-park movie night, are scheduled throughout the year. - Clean-Ups
Park clean-ups are held every other weekend during the spring, summer and fall. View the 2009 schedule. New volunteers are always welcomed. - Stay Up to Date
