Puptown Dog Park Puptown is a Chicago Dog Friendly Area (DFA) where dogs can run and play off-leash. Located in Margate Park, in the Uptown neighborhood, Puptown features 16,230 square feet of fully enclosed fun. Read the FAQ for more information.
Puptown Dog Owners Group (P-DOG) Puptown is supported and maintained by the Puptown Dog Owners Group, a membership association comprised of park patrons, neighbors and friends.
Meetings P-DOG meetings are held quarterly at the Margate Field House. Email us to find out when we'll meet again.
Events The largest annual event and fundraiser is Howl-O-Ween- a canine costume contest. Other events, such as an in-park movie night, are scheduled throughout the year.
Clean-Ups Park clean-ups are held every other weekend during the spring, summer and fall. New volunteers are always welcomed.
